If you answered yes to ALL of these, please read on!!Our operations team is looking for a hardworking, dedicated, passionate, and fun loving Assistant Construction Project Manager to join the ranks as we look to expand and continue our success.We work in a fast paced, high attention-to-detail world where our customers always come first. You must be able to nurture positivity, work independently, problem solve swiftly, and be great at taking direction.RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
- Work directly with the (Production Manager) to help implement all phases of our construction process
- Obtain all necessary construction related building permits
- Manage permit inspections and scheduling
- Coordinate with our purchasing manager all material orders
- Receive, inspect, and organize material shipments at our Tampa Bay Warehouse location
- Maintain our warehouse by managing weekly and daily inventory of materials
- Assist Project Managers with daily job site check-ins as needed
- Customer Service - answer customers inquiries, provide updates on projects status, schedule and follow up on installation
- Production Assistant - schedule, confirm and process completion of bath installs for multiple crews
- Administrative - process paperwork for permit applications, lead documents, file contents, orders, receipts
- Supervise an assistant, coordinate with remote warehouse staff in material handling
REQUIREMENTS FOR ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
- Ability to see the team first, self-second, always.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Construction or home remodeling experience is a HUGE plus
