POSITION SUMMARY: The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst conducts data analysis to improve our supply chain and replenishment operations. This role requires an analytical mind and a strong business acumen. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. The ideal candidate will also have leadership skills to assist and advise other analysts on the team. Experience in replenishment, logistics, supply chain, or merchandising processes are preferred. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements. Administer and monitor- supply chain replenishment controls. Track KPIs and report on replenishment and supply chain’s performance. Provide leadership to other analysts on the team Help plan and implement replenishment and supply chain projects. Create processes and methods to gather replenishment and supply chain data. Help develop business standards. ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Degree Required: BA or BS Degree in Business Administration Preferred Degree: BSc or BA Degree in Supply chain management Experience: 3-5 years in Business Analytics, Mathematics, supply chain management or related field KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: Proven experience as a Supply Chain or Replenishment Analyst or similar role Knowledge of SQL, MS Office, relational databases, and ERP systems Familiarity with extracting, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets. Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g., replenishment, inventory planning, warehouse management) Demonstrated ability to be productive and lead others with minimal supervision. Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills for interacting and collaborating with business partners throughout the organization. Analytical mind with business acumen. Problem-solving aptitude with ability to think creatively. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 5% of time; National PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Regular computer work, and sitting Occasional walking, standing, and lifting INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT: Performs duties within scope of general company policies, procedures, and objectives.
