Job Description: The Bartley Corporation has an immediate opening for a Construction Bookkeeper. This is an in person position. 

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and enter journal entries
• Balance general ledger accounts
• Processing weekly payable run
• Manage Cashflow
• Tax preparation and filings (corporate, payroll, etc.)
• File/scan any related documentation
• Assist with bank reconciliation
• Prepare accounting reports

Required Skills

• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles accounting, disciplines of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and job costing

Preferred Skills

• Foundations software experience
• Leadership experience
• Excellent communication with all levels of management
• Construction Knowledge 

Required Experience

Minimum of two (2) years of financial accounting experience is required preferably in the construction industry
