Summary:
The Lead Operator works as a hands on team member operating a variety of equipment while also overseeing processes and co-workers to ensure safety, quality and production objectives are consistently met. This role delegates work and supports coworkers in a manner which reflects company values and consistent attention to safety and a healthy environment. This role has primary responsibility for setting up the next shift and updating the next Group Leader.
