The Opportunity:

Bardi Heating, Cooling and Plumbing is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead, train, and support 10-15 residential HVAC technicians. Help lead your team to success while making an impact into people’s lives every day. Join our team and become a 5-star rated leader.

The Responsibilities:

• Train and hold team members accountable to follow our service system and educate the customer on products and services
• Meet and exceed key performance requirements
• Train and hold team members accountable to deliver quality workmanship (possess necessary tools to do the job)
• Train and hold team members accountable to maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
• Train and hold team members accountable to establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services
• Train and hold team members accountable to maintain a professional appearance and deliver a knowledgeable service experience to win new referrals and repeat business
• Participate actively in all training, department, and company meetings.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
• Knowledgeable about company mission, policies, and guarantees
• Perform physical activity with no restrictions in various climate conditions

The Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient typist and easily adapt to new software applications
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated individual who enjoys winning as a team
• Optimistic, enthusiastic, and people-centric focus
• Great problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate
• Proven HVAC experience with the desire to lead a team and be better tomorrow than you are today
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes
• Skilled in soldering, diagnosing, installation, gas, and repair

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
