Full-Time Customer Service Representative
Bank of Pontiac is seeking professional, motivated, customer-service driven candidates for our Full-Time Customer Service Representative position at our Odell branch. Bank of Pontiac opened its doors for business in 1947. We are a strong community bank offering a variety of financial services to both individuals and businesses for the people of Livingston County, Grundy County, McLean and Tazewell counties and their surrounding communities. Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the face of Bank of Pontiac within the communities we serve. Their role is crucial in retaining our existing customers as well as growing and developing new customer relationships by continually offering outstanding customer service and ensuring that Bank of Pontiac is meeting their financial needs.
Ideal candidates that would make great Bank of Pontiac CSRs’ are individuals who are flexible, customer-oriented, and ready to meet the needs of any Bank of Pontiac customer to the best of their ability.
Our Customer Service Representatives must possess strong customer service skills, be community minded, collaborative, dependable, flexible, be an adaptive learner, as well as initiative-taking and be positive thinking.

This is a full-time position working from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday and every other Saturday at our Odell, IL location. This position will receive a competitive wage along with a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) and generous paid time off.
