Job Description:
Position Summary
Support multiple applications part of the DevOps team and responsible for periodic production releases that support business units and supporting functions.
Identify aggregate, report and escalate compliance and operational risks, issues and control enhancements.
These application program solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools.
May collaborate with multiple agile teams to coordinate delivery of software application.
Take initiative and research on the incoming incident tickets.
Take ownership of the enterprise Permit Process for multiple applications and initiatives.
Partner with other business support leads to build and manage supporting functions
Candidate will be part of the Agile Kanban team and will be participating in daily stand-ups, ceremonies, etc. for the application support.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications – especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Must be self-motivated and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have ability to work well under pressure
Must possess excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task
Must have hands on experience supporting DevOps functionality managing enterprise level RPA implementations and BOTS using UIPath RPA platform
Ability to research issues using multiple bank systems
Have excellent Organizational and problem solving skills
Ability to work in an ever-changing environment
Typically requires 5 years of experience.
Required Skills
Skilled in writing complex queries using SQL Server & Oracle in analyzing the data.
Excellent data analysis and data profiling skills using SQL & Oracle.
Very good understanding of Data & Relationship concepts.
Works under minimal supervision on data analysis and data quality support functions.
Must have hands on experience supporting release activities utilizing UiPath Orchestrator.
Ability to create, maintain and conduct Release routines
Ability to troubleshoot complex business inquiries.
Ability to interpret data lineage and guide the development team in fixing upstream/downstream issues.
Ability to work with multiple business partners and prioritize changes with other scrum teams.

SQL/Oracle, T-SQL, PL/SQL, Jira, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, UiPath Orchestrator
Prior experience performing administrator level functionality using UiPath would be a plus
Prior working experience and certification on Safe Agile Scrum Master would be a plus.
