- Resource will drive critical risk evaluation work that will be applied across the Unstructured Data effort and support Issue Management for Enterprise Data Management.
- This team member will be critical to influence and drive the identification, tracking and closure of all risk and compliance efforts for Unstructured Data.
- This team member will be responsible for enabling and operationalizing compliance of the Global Records Management. Policy/Standard across the organization.
- Resource will drive critical work tied to service delivery with focus on development of test scenarios, analysis of test results and impacts, and reporting preparation to support continuous enhancements and enriched Data Movement services functionality.
- The team member will be responsible for ensuring that all developed functionality complies with all requirements to support Privacy, Compliance, Resiliency and Cloud Governance for Unstructured Data.
- This team member will also be responsible for driving consensus across organizational boundaries and get teams to work towards the collective and common enterprise objectives like Operational Excellence and Never Down.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Data Management
- 5 years of relevant experience in data management or managing large applications and technology strategies
- People management experience
- Transformational leadership experience
- Adept at establishing credibility and managing relationships with peer & stakeholder groups (LOB, Technology, Vendors)
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo
- Build and maintain teams through talent acquisition.
- Creates the technology strategy for their technical domain.
- Creates an inclusive and healthy working environment and helps to resolve organizational impediments/blockers.
- Experience resolving Audit, Compliance or Risk issues
- Strong oral & written communication and comfortable presenting to a wide variety of audiences
