Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Food Service Senior Project Manager builds strong relationships and work collaboratively with the vendor on café, market, vending projects
Manage, coordinate and execute innovative programs and initiatives to increase café utilization
Analyze and review vendor reporting
Works closely with regional Food Service manager and GRES on new builds / space mod projects
Ensure playbooks, procedures, and guidelines are documented to enable consistency in delivery across services.
Engage in a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by leveraging industry best practices on new tools, process re-engineering and other ideas that provide service delivery efficiencies.
Provides comprehensive solutions to complex problems or needs
Leads major projects, programs or processes with significant business impact involving cross-functional teams
Influences strategic direction and develops tactical plans
Possesses extensive technical or functional knowledge
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or equivalent work experience
5 years of experience managing vendor spending across multiple vendors
Experience overseeing P&L and KPIs on a global scale
Proven experience coordinating a global strategy
Demonstrated PowerPoint presentation skills and ability to target messaging to different audiences
Proven experience with managing a large, complex group of stakeholders and ability to communicate effectively and influence decisions to achieve desired results
Excellent decision-making skills with an assertive and proactive communication style
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) and active listening skills
Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks to meet extremely compressed deadlines

Responsible for projects limited in scope to LOB products, processes or functions although some may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications. Serves as primary contact to senior department managers for critical change initiatives. Responsible for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation.
