Required Skills:
- 2 or more years of Management, Leadership or Project Management experience in a production based environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop employees.
- Must be self-motivated and a role model of Bank of America's Values.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including but not limited: to PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse set of functional responsibilities including analysts that work multiple complex functions
