Job Description:

Responsible for supporting Global Payment Investigations across Wire/digital payment channels and products. Responsible for administering established procedures, analysis of complex problems and exceptions, and communicating resolution to the relevant parties. Can provide assistance in designing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring of new products/services. Provides expert guidance and operational assistance to both internal associates and their clients. May assist senior management with functional administrative duties to support the team.
