Job Description:

The teammate in this role will be part of the team responsible for providing finance business support for $500B in purchase volume and $2B in revenue across the Debit card product. This role will involve partnering with and supporting the Deposits BFO, Debit Card and Payment LOB teams to understand performance trends, consumer behavior and strategies. Will analyze strategic business decisions and financial performance. Additional understanding and oversight for debit-related expenses including fraud and non fraud losses. Performs financial reporting and analysis for the product, including weekly finance updates, executive summaries, investor relations support, and ad-hoc analysis. Analyzes daily and weekly debit transactions and spend in order to understand trends and customer behavior. Role will also be responsible for calculating and analyzing the stress test results for Debit Card non-interest income. Throughout the tenure of this role, the teammate will gain exposure within the Deposits and Consumer & GWIM Finance and Debit LOB organizations while improving/developing the following skills: financial and business acumen, attention to detail, analytical and strategic thinking, planning and forecasting, financial modeling, communication and relationship management.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Finance or Accounting) and/or equivalent applicable work experience
• 3 years of accounting or financial analysis work experience
• Well organized and strong attention to detail
• Demonstrates strong technical and analytical skills
• Strong communicator (verbal and written) with ability to influence
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Approaches work with curiosity and interest to drive continuous process improvement
• Adaptable, ability to work independently in a fast paced, results driven environment with changing priorities
