Job Description Summary

This Senior Data Analyst role will be a member of the Enterprise Credit Analytics Transformation and Strategy (ECATS) Change Management team with a focus on driving high priority data solutions across Enterprise Credit systems, processes, and reporting. The analyst will participate in researching, analyzing, and reporting data related to different portfolios within Enterprise Credit.

The analyst will be directly responsible for assessing changes on various platforms, analyzing impacts to business priorities, and maintaining a set of reports that support strategic decision making. The Analyst will partner closely with business and process SMEs, data managers, and technology teams to support implementation of various solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the BI team and their reports to interpret various aspects of the Enterprise Credit portfolio to determine eligibility to onboard to CreditCenter

• Candidate will either have or gain proficiency with analyzing large amounts of client data and developing meaningful insights on various segments

• Candidate will either have or gain proficiency within the CreditCenter application

• Candidate will be required to interact with key program stakeholders such as the platform and process design teams, technology and change management to facilitate solutions and immediate remedies to any constraints discovered during deployment

Required Skills:

• 3 years’ experience in either data management, technology, or process design.

• Candidate must be detail orientated and demonstrate a high regard for operational excellence

• Candidate must be highly organized with excellent analytical and reporting skills with the ability to create and execute project plans

Candidate must be well versed and comfortable with catering information to different levels of audiences through tools such as Tableau and Excel

• Understanding of credit underwriting, monitoring and collateral analysis and familiar with credit policy and procedures.

• Ability to create and maintain partnerships with multiple stakeholders

• Proficient in Excel analytics and SharePoint
