Job Description:

A Test Tools & Automation manager must have a good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with a proven track record of driving digital innovation and business metrics with a customer-first mindset. May also require strong technical capabilities in a particular application or field of study.
Key responsibilities include the ability to lead and drive projects forward, strategic planning, forecasting budget and resources, demonstrating executive presence and leadership skills, and influencing/leading diverse groups to achieve desired results

Qualifications and experiences:
-Minimum of 7 years work experience
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Systems knowledge or certifications varies based on job posting. May potentially require one or more of the following:
Data projects, SQL Databases, BigData, ETL, Data Warehousing, Reporting, and Analytics, Trifacta, Informatica, Hadoop, Oracle, Teradata / Software Development lifecycle (SDLC) – including waterfall, scrum, agile, Kanban / Software development exposure (Python, Java, Pega, Archer, Cloud, release processes)

Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) is a center of excellence that conducts independent testing throughout the year globally across the company, providing ongoing feedback to monitor (and improve) processes. EIT has established itself as the enterprise utility to test all end-to-end processes on behalf of Second Line of Defense, Frontline Units (FLUs) and Control Functions (CFs), enabling more efficient and effective testing. EIT is transforming the way testing is built and executed with digital transformation, implementing automation and leveraging cutting edge Artificial Intelligence/Natural Language Processing technologies. EIT carries a portfolio of 8000 tests and has a global footprint employing 2,300 testing professionals across the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America as well as 500 Global Business Services (GBS) associates. 

The Senior Business Analyst is a member of the Test Tools & Automation team and will be responsible to oversee EIT’s End to End Technology platform requirements for both tactical demands and strategic goals. This individual will work across multiple lines of technology to understand both current and future shared platform architectures and find opportunities to streamlines our technology process. This role will have an exciting opportunity to work with all EIT’s Product Owners within the Test Tools & Automation team & Development leads within GT&O under the direction of the Test Tools & Automation Executive and will be responsible for

• Work with head business architect, define & maintain EIT’s short and long term technology roadmap
• Collaborate with Technology/Information Architect, ensure technology solutions that are being implemented fulfils business requirements
• Perform Senior business analyst duties including but not limited to, driving requirements gathering with both technology and business
• Work with project Product Owners to convert business features into functional requirements
• Partner with Data teams, define requirements for automated data connections. 
• Present to senior leaders in a variety of executive forums to provide updates on End to End Technology Initiatives
• Maintain strong partnerships with all EIT leadership and key internal / external partners
• Facilitate the prioritization, refinement, planning for technology enhancements and Hot Fix implementation

Required Skills:
-7 years of experience as a business analyst in technology 

-Demonstrates Business Acumen
-Strong understanding of business & solution architecting 
-Experience working with data integration team 
-Ability to multi-task and work autonomously
-Collaborate effectively across multiple Line of Business, development teams and QA
-Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
-Strong strategic mindset
-Actively debate and escalate issues and concerns
-Strong analytical, logical reasoning and problem-solving skills

Desired Skills:
-Proficiency using Agile tools (e.g. JIRA/Confluence)
-Business Architect Experience
