Job Description:
The Digital Platform Technology group at Bank of America is looking for a strong Quality Engineer professional who will work out of the Pennington, NJ location.
Responsibilities include:
Must have an excellent communication and QA skills, who has worked closely with the Business Operations, Line of Business and Dev teams to review the initiatives, prepare test scripts, data conditioning, QA execution.
Must have a proven experience with Test Execution, Test Strategy, Test coordination and adherence to MRA2 standards.
Interaction and communication with senior managers will occur on a regular basis, providing updates and assisting in driving QA strategy.
Required Skills:
Must have at least 5 years testing work experience in the Financial Services/Banking Industry.
3 to 4 years working on an Agile team
Proficient in writing test cases and test scripts
Good communication and verbal skills
Strong MS Office (PowerPoint/Excel)
Proven Management and decision making track record
Ability to adopt and adjust to changing scope environment
Ability to resolve conflicts and be a team player
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
ALM/MLQC/Test Automation experience using Selenium, UFT, SOATest and Jira
