This role is responsible for optimizing the flow of stories and the value delivered by one or more Scrum team, and is focused on serving the needs of the team to drive performance and growth. Key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing dependencies for the team, providing visibility into team delivery plans and progress, and enabling continuous improvement within the team. This role ensures the impediments are resolved quickly, the team follows their agreed-to processes, and that there is a good relationship between the Product Owner and the development team.​

Required Skills:

• Facilitates dependency and risk management for the Scrum teams and the ART.
• Facilitates team and cross-team impediment removal for the team.
• Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration within the Agile teams and across the ART to support value delivery and Sprint commitments.
• Provides visibility into the Agile teams delivery plans and Release plans on the program level and to stakeholders.
• Enabling continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure the team has a healthy product and Sprint backlog (in collaboration with the PO).
• Strong Agile experience, including the ability to keep teams organized and on track to meet deadlines is required
• Strong skill to unite teams and keep morale high on Development and Testing Teams within an Agile environment
• Strong written and verbal communications skills; comfortable interacting with all levels of leadership
• Ability to navigate effectively/creatively through roadblocks in a professional, diplomatic manner
• Ability to facilitate meetings, capture key outcomes/actions and own project/process documentation
• Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effectively adapts to changing circumstances
• Good foresight for detecting risks and thinking of creative ways to solve/mitigate the risks
• Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented
• Ability to work with diverse team members in virtual environment
• Intermediate in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) required
• Ability to travel every 12 weeks to support Agile PI Planning

Desired Skills:

• Agile SAFe Product Owner or Scrum Master Certification
• Working knowledge of both Scrum and Kanban Methodology
• Jira experience
• Experience with Bank of America Change Management standard
