Job Description:
Post funding analysis of insurance requirements for less complex commercial lines of business, timely processing/resolution of insurance exceptions, and monitoring system of record for upcoming expirations of insurance policies, acting to extend or obtain renewals of the items prior to their expiration. Maintains ticklers on systems of record for these items. Acts to resolve exceptions related to insurance requirements. Must have the ability to multitask with attention to detail and accuracy. Must be customer oriented with effective comprehension, listening, verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to work well in a high volume production environment and meet established goals. Must have the ability to work well with others and follow directions.
Essential Job Functions:
• Generate Insurance requirement letters and send to client/agent/broker
• Receive/Review incoming insurance policies for compliance with bank and federal guidelines
• Communicate with line of business, client, or insurance agent/broker to resolve items out of compliance
• Maintain systems of record for continued monitoring of insurance
• Work in a paperless environment and adhere to compliance guidelines
• Professional and positive team player, with ability to promote collaboration, and communicate with impact
Required Skills:
• College degree or equivalent experience in Commercial Banking or Insurance Operations
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly, hold self and others accountable for high performance standards
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build partnerships across the organization to ensure efficiency and achieve customer satisfaction
• Effective prioritization of multiple tasks, balancing quality and productivity
• Proficient time management and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to a continually evolving environment

• Knowledge of commercial credit requirements and documentation
