Job Description:

To protect all I&BPT & EAE applications from change failure through review and candid discussions with change implementers and impacted businesses. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on IBPT and EAE application geographic footprint, infrastructure, and initiatives. Be well versed in the Enterprise Change policy and the rules for Change execution and Data Quality. Provide a standard set of key change data to each Tech Exec team at a reasonable frequency. Understand the key support team structure (dev, prod support, testing, infra design).

Assist and Advise on Remedy change submission for applications. Evaluate all Urgent intra-day change sponsored by I&BPT & EAE or IEPS for risk and need. Voting Member on the RPGWIM, Network and Shared CAC as well as the Global Change forum for I&BPT & EAE or IEPS. Perform Change Evaluations for any Risk Level 4 or 5 change sponsored from within I&BPT & EAE or IEPS

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with Remedy application suite

• Strong tools experience required – Microsoft Excel, Project, Visio and SharePoint

• Ability to manage multiple work activities to meet deadlines and develop reporting.

• Demonstrated strong analytical and strong task management skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail

• Strong negotiation and mediation skills as well as an ability to be diplomatic in dealings with a variety of areas across the company

• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and independently

• Able to maintain a high degree of customer / client / sponsor satisfaction while also maintaining necessary policy controls
