Job Description:

This role is a combination of a junior project manager and a resource specialist. This role is critical to support the on-boarding and off-boarding of resources in the Global Reg Reporting space (approx. 150 team members). With a high contractor ratio on the team, there is regular attrition due to contracts ending and their backfills as well as new positions being defined to support initiative work.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (for example, kick offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and so on).
• Gather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
• Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
• Support resource planning for delivery/execution.

Skillsets:

• Understands all roles and responsibilities within their team, and uses the tool sets within the software lifecycle.

• Working knowledge of products, services, business flows and understanding of financial context in which technology and operating principles are used within their business area.
• Ability to manage project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Collaborates with own team and across teams. Asks questions to obtain views from others.
• Curious/excited to learn new skills.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of MS Office products particularly Excel and Powerpoint.

• Good communicator and collaborator, with ability to interface across countless roles.
• Basic knowledge of automation and continuous delivery practices. Ability to participate in their role and utilize necessary tools with minimal guidance.
• Basic understanding of data management practices and technologies but has not been hands on with the development of a data system.
• Desire to learn from and assist senior team members.
