Requirements for Director of Resident Care:
- Licensed RN or LPN in Massachusetts with license in good standing
- 2 years of experience in Assisted Living or LTC strongly preferred
Job Duties for Director of Resident Care:
- Administering medications to residents following all state polices and procedures
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living and maintain positive relations with residents, families and physicians
- Assist in the completion of resident assessments and services plans
- Oversee and assist with the training and managing of our team of CNAs/HHAs
