The Job. The Assembly Associate is responsible for gathering materials, components, and parts for packaging. Read and understand work orders and must follow established procedures for completing daily tasks. The Assembly Associate will coordinate with team lead for daily tasks and other duties assigned. Communicating and notifying appropriate staff of potential quality issues. Ensure department is always organized, clean, and meets compliance factors. Assisting with department operations as needed. On-the-job training Is provided.

Requirements

• Full-Time Availability

• Attention to Detail

• Must be “hands-on” and assist in facilitating expedited requests 

• Must follow established procedures for completing daily tasks 

• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas

• Basic 1 year warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred 

Work Environment.

• Work performed in a combination of shop and office environments

• Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, etc.
