Baldwin & Shell Construction Company is searching for an experienced Senior Project Manager who will thrive in our Northwest, AR Team. The Senior Project Manager plays a key management role in the supervision of all Project Managers assigned. The Senior Project Manager reports directly to the Vice President of the division or Division President in the absence of a Vice President. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for supervising Project Managers, reviewing their projects, and assisting them when necessary.

As a core company member, you will be expected to be professional, polite, friendly, reliable, and attentive while also being accurate. You should always be prepared, organized, and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly while not being afraid to ask for help when needed.

To thrive, you must:

• Have three (3) – five (5) years as a Senior Project Manager experience in Commercial Construction projects ranging from $50M - $100M and higher. 
• Have Commercial Construction industry knowledge.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and have advanced knowledge of Project Management software.
• Be able to read construction drawings & blueprints accurately.
• Have strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Have highly developed organizational and time management abilities
• Respond well to criticism and actively listens to feedback. 
• Be willing to learn and expand your knowledge continuously 

Every day you are relied on to;

• Oversee the establishment of project milestone dates, including events prior to the bid date.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within the scope and budget.
• Establish & maintain relationships with third parties/vendors/subcontractors.
• Review daily job reports, manage change orders, prepare and submit pay apps, etc. 
• Communicate regularly with owners, architects, and subcontracts.
• Go above and beyond to help assist your team in any way needed.
