Baldwin & Shell Construction Company is searching for a Project Engineer who will thrive in our Northwest Arkansas Team. The Project Engineer should have some basic knowledge of commercial construction and the desire to advance in this field. You will be expected to work autonomously and deliver on project phases on time and within a budget! You would report directly to a Project Manager and help to organize and implement a project from start to finish, along with coordinating all the materials and equipment of this project. As a core company member, you will be expected to be professional, polite, friendly, reliable, and attentive while also being accurate. You should always be prepared, organized, and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly while not being afraid to ask for help when needed.

To thrive, you must:

• Have previous experience in Commercial Construction
• Have construction industry knowledge
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
• Be familiar with industry software
• Have strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Have highly developed organizational and time management abilities
• Respond well to criticism and actively listens to feedback. 
• Be willing to learn and expand your knowledge continuously 

Every day you are relied on to;

• Set up file structure for new jobs.
• Scan documents as needed for cloud storage.
• Take Jobsite photographs and catalog photographs.
• Review specifications and set up submittal logs.
• Works closely with APM/PM.
• Go above and beyond to help assist your team in any way needed.
