What you will do:

  • Be a trusted member of the engagement team and responsible for:
    • Managing multiple customers simultaneously to successfully design and support the development of software solutions resulting in high customer satisfaction and successful customer adoption
    • Gathering requirements in collaboration with key client stakeholders, define requirements, design solutions, communicate with development team, test unit and integrations, train, and support transition to the professional services team
    • Maintaining deep knowledge of the Sage Intacct software including understanding of the core and advanced modules, as well as staying current with the latest product features and enhancements
    • Defining and supporting the roll-out of specially developed solutions that integrate with the Sage Intacct software based on a thorough understanding of customer-specific business processes as well as industry and system best practices
    • Developing and communicating project plans while supporting the on-time delivery and on budget execution
    • Conducting training for customer end-users at all levels of the organization and relate system functionality to customer business requirements
    • Effectively documenting customer business requirements into software solutions and business management processes utilizing BTs best practices
    • Responding to customer technical support issues related to the system implementation of newly developed solutions
    • Working closely in a team-oriented and collaborate environment with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success to effectively coordinate project execution and completion
    • Delivering prompt, concise, and friendly communications while providing high quality service and leadership to align with customer goals and requests
    • Contributing to and use knowledge repository of deployment best practices and enhancing tools and repeatability of service delivery
    • Serving as an escalation point for project issues
  • Learn and grow from direct on the job coaching and mentoring along with participating in firm wide learning and development programs
  • Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and with your clients
  • Support the growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy, helping associates meet their professional goals

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have:

  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in accounting, MIS or computer science
  • One (1) years’ experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions and/or experience as a business analyst working with core accounting and finance software
  • Consulting or business analyst experience communicating with customers or end users and technical development staff on system issues, modifications, and new software deployment desired
  • Ability to deploy advanced business analytics skills solving complex problems and interpreting customer requirements into deliverable solutions
  • Experience in assessing client requirements across a broad array of business processes
  • Programming/coding experience a nice-to-have for translating business requirements into technical solutions and being able to “speak the language” of technology
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, macros, etc.) is a nice-to-have for efficient data mapping, integration, and migration of customer data
  • Experience supporting or using Sage Intacct is a differentiator
  • Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving
  • Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability
  • Microsoft Suite skills
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred
