Position Summary Located in Atlanta, GA, the Paralegal position provides professional and technical support to the Legal Team for all legal matters of the company. This position works closely with the Legal Team on a wide range of transactional and corporate focused paralegal projects. Primary Responsibilities Include but are not limited to the following: Manage corporate housekeeping for all legal entities in the United States; Draft and review corporate documents (Resolutions, Powers of Attorney); Prepare filings, corporate documents, and coordinate execution thereof and keep corporate database updated; May undertake basic legal work independently (drafting / reviewing basic contracts and other commercial documents); Coordinate and monitor outside counsel requests and applicable deadlines; Take ownership of internal corporate processes and procedures; Has a thorough understanding of all aspects of the legal department's tasks and its position in an international organization Education and Qualifications Legal education; Minimum 3 years’ experience as paralegal or similar job; Demonstrable basic knowledge of corporate and commercial law; Notary preferred; Computer skills: MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Proactive attitude; Good communication skills; Self-motivated and detail oriented; Demonstrated experience working both independently and in a team setting, and having the ability to work across functions and departments; Creative problem-solving skills; Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, and deliver within the established time frames;Ability to work well under pressure.
