Manager, Financial Planning and AnalysisReports to: Chief Financial Officer

The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis is responsible for leading the planning, forecasting, budgeting, modeling and analytical activities to support smart business decisions and the overall financial health of BAI. The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis should be comfortable in a dynamic environment, be willing to lead change within the company, and take a leadership role in developing and delivering business reporting, metrics and analysis to support all of BAI’s businesses. This position will interact with departments throughout the company as well as with the Controller and other team members to support department and company goals.
