Bad Boy Transportation, Inc is Hiring a Safety Officer Near Batesville, AR

Description

Participates in the development, implementation, and enforcement of plant-wide safety programs such as lockout/tagout, fire protection, and other OSHA safety compliance programs. Conduct worksite audits to identify potential risks and ensure regulatory compliance. Conduct post-incident investigations. Analyzes accident and incident reports for trends; make recommendations for correcting unsafe conditions and actions. Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports. Ability to develop, implement, and enforce safety programs and protocols. Skill in performing safety inspections and ensuring compliance with OSHA safety standards. Knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations, protocols, and/or procedures. Must be able to identify and correct safety violations and issue verbal and written warnings.

Successful candidate will have previous OSHA training and compliance enforcement experience. Must have or acquire forklift trainer certification.

Requirements

 · Good Attendance/Reliable and the ability to work across all shifts as needed.

· Ability to perform the basic job responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.
