The Job in short
As Field Marketing Specialist, you collaborate with marketing and sales teams to build and drive marketing strategy, assist in planning, conducting and executing operations of all regional marketing campaigns, both online and offline. You manage digital campaigns as well as help manage tradeshow and event planning and logistics. You support lead tracking, lead management and qualify and identify campaign ROI. In short, you support all marketing communication, and work with partners to launch awareness and lead generation campaigns. In this role, you work closely with the business development and wider sales team to manage the lead pipeline.
Meet the job
● You will support the regional Field Marketing Manager with executing Marketing activities for the region including 3rd party industry conferences, Backbase-owned events, digital campaigns, online activities and direct mailings;
● You will drive execution of all planned digital campaigns, PPC activities, email campaigns;
● You will execute website and social media updates & campaigns;
● You will support and execute on Account-based marketing activities;
● You will be responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing and deployment and continual evaluation for improvement;
● You will experiment, analyze and continuously improve the impact of our LinkedIn campaigns;
● You will proactively identify new opportunities and provide recommendations for improved campaigns and user experience;
● You’ll partner closely with our Global Marketing team (based in Amsterdam) and vendors in-region/locally to ensure deliverables are met in a timely and effective manner.
How about you
● You have a Bachelor's degree in communication/marketing or similar;
● You have 2-5 years of experience in field marketing, digital marketing and/ or demand creation;
● You are experienced in Digital Marketing and familiar with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Marketing Automation Software, Landing Page creation;
● You are hands-on and willing to learn all about event planning / trade shows and outbound marketing;
● You are fluent in English language, written and spoken (French or German are a plus).
