We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who will be accountable for delivering a best-in-class after-sales experience for our customers, agents, and sellers. This person will craft product experiences, new interfaces, and flows to improve productivity in our after-sales and support functions. The primary goal is to ensure our agents have the most optimal system to get the right information and tools to provide an excellent experience for every Back Market customer. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to the overall business from our most strategic global market.

YOUR MISSION: 🥇

  • You will be the entry point for all stakeholders and other teams to understand the short, medium, and long-term priorities and translate the BackMarket vision and OKRs into an Agent Efficiency vision and roadmap.
  • You will be the daily partner of the Engineering Manager. Your ownership lets you adjust priorities, communicate, and work closely with engineers to ensure our quality standards.
  • You will create, maintain, and deliver features in collaboration with business stakeholders, designers, and engineers.
  • You will work cross-functionally (with Quality, Service, Supply, Design, Research, etc.) to ensure your product fits perfectly into the Back Market experience.
YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐
  • You have a minimum of 4 years as a Product Manager in an Agile environment (preferably in customer care, marketplace, and/or scale-up environments).
  • You have shaped product discovery and delivery according to agile principles.
  • You have outstanding written & oral communication in English.
  • You have evidence of strong collaboration in cross-functional team environments, esp. with engineering and senior leadership.
  • You exhibit a growth mindset and expertly balance user and business impact
  • You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving problems while always thinking about relevant data and the user.
  • You have a strategic and straightforward vision of your product. For you, the product must amplify the value of business expectations.
  • You have an analytical mind having experienced monitoring key performance indicators / being able to define targeted increments.

This position has an estimated annual base salary range of $95,000 to $125,000, plus opportunities for equity. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors such as prior experience in a PM role.
