We’re looking for like-minded individuals, passionate about serving small businesses and preserving the important role they play in boosting the overall economy.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design and implement complex front-end experiences
• Drive implementation from an idea to a working feature in customer’s hands
• Build reusable components and other JS libraries for future use
• Optimize components for optimal performance on vast variety of device types and browsers
• Collaborate with backend teams to identify necessary API contracts for development of new features. Or contribute to the codebase yourself
• Design long term scalable architecture for the application and maintain architectural direction with the team over time

Technical skills:

• Expert knowledge in frontend development
• Experience with React.js, Redux or similar technologies
• Well versed in Express, Hapi or similar
• Experience working REST APIs and Open API standards
• Working knowledge of Agile development tools
• Experienced with one or more: Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI or similar CI tooling
• Experience with modern testing frameworks: Mocha, Chai or Jest
• Strong collaboration skills

• Problem solving. Able to find a problem, identify a solution and get it over the finish line.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities while meeting assigned deadlines
• Leave it better than you found it attitude
• Ownership of the infrastructure, automation and monitoring activities

Education:

• Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent
