Job Overview:
The Customer Service Agent is a
mission-critical position responsible for ensuring and maintaining B&H’s
exemplary level of customer service and satisfaction. As a Customer Service Agent,
you will interact directly with our most valued asset: our customer.
Responsibilities include helping customers with order inquiries, changes to
orders, returns, exchanges, and above all, making every effort to provide
customers with the level of service and solution that we all want from our
favorite brands. We want people who love
turning lemons into lemonade!
