Maintain inventory of sanitation and cleaning supplies, keeping plant supply room adequately stocked considering shifts and seasonality of facility. Additional stock is maintained in plant lunchroom storage closet and Warehouse 7 storage room. Receive PPE and Sanitation supplies from vendors, forward receiving documentation to Maintenance Purchasing Supervisor (signed and dated) immediately and put supplies away in designated areas. Store neatly and without cluttering. Thoroughly clean all bathrooms (in plant lunchroom, by QA lab, in front office, by conference room & production office area) including scrubbing toilet bowls, washing out sinks, emptying trash and feminine product containers, mopping floor, wiping down walls, removing cobwebs, stocking toilet paper, hand towels and toilet seat protectors. Bathrooms need cleaned daily. Maintain cleanliness of all lunchrooms and break areas (inside and outside) by wiping down tables, sweeping/mopping floors, washing windows, picking up trash, emptying trash containers, wiping down walls, emptying ashtrays, removing cobwebs, wiping out microwaves, filling paper product dispensers, wiping down water dispenser and wiping out large sinks to plant on a daily basis. Clean and wipe out refrigerators once a week. Sweep and mop office hall, lobby and mailroom weekly. Keep supply room, Warehouse 7 storage room, plant lunchroom storage closet and front office storage clutter free. Dispose of boxes immediately when emptied. Put stock away on shelves as required. Vacuum front offices and conference room and wipe down conference room table weekly. Sweep/ mop floors, wipe tables and empty trash in Human Resources offices weekly. Wipe down all sinks and refill paper towel and soap dispensers throughout plant. Follow and promote all plant safety and good manufacturing practice policies and procedures. Notify Supervisor immediately of any damage to plant or sanitation equipment or tools. Work safe and report all unsafe working conditions and/or unsafe acts to supervisor immediately. Other tasks as directed by supervisor or management. Responsible to ensure food safety/quality polices are followed, to report all food safety/quality problems out of his/her realm of responsibility to personnel with the authority to initiate action. Responsible to make sure a good safe wholesome product is produced safely.
