B&D Flowback is Hiring an Inventory Specialist Near Judson, TX

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for tracking all iron on the yard and on job site locations, tracking parts for trailers going to out locations, inventorying returning job trailers, etc.

  • Keep track of all flowback iron on the main yard and on job site locations.
  • Perform inventory checks routinely.
  • Keep purchasing manager informed of low stock items.
  • Must be able to track inventory using the BASIS software to ensure accurate information is kept at all times.
  • Must be computer literate in excel, work and emailing communications.
  • Very organized.
  • Organize equipment and staging area in a neat, workable condition.
  • Able to identify and correct safety hazards and/or unsafe conditions.
  • Carry out job task to the highest quality level.
  • Must have good, clear communication skills.
  • Must be a self-starter.
  • Must be very motivated.
  • Time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Must be able to distinguish between colors on color coded bands.
  • Required valid driver’s license and a good driving record is a must if operating a vehicle for company business.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Preferred Experience & Requirements

  • College degree (preferably in business or accounting) or
  • 5 years of experience in similar role in place of degree.
  • Oilfield experience is not a requirement.

Climbing - ladders, scaffolding, work in overhead areas, etc.

Listening - requires the perception of speech or the nature of sounds in the air

Tasting/Smelling – requires the ability to distinguish difference of odors using tongue and/or nose

Work Environment

Inventory Specialist Work Environment:

This job operates mainly in the yard. This role uses tools and equipment and may handle iron which will require strenuous physical labor at times.

Noise Conditions- exposed to constant or intermittent sounds at a level sufficient to cause hearing loss or fatigue.

Heat/Cold – exposure to high or low temperatures

Injury Exposure – exposed to workplace hazards or potential injuries.

Atmospheric Exposure – exposed to dust, fumes, vapors, or mists.

Inside – 50% or more

Outside – 50% or more

Both – equal amounts of time inside and outside
