We are looking for a qualified Office Administrator to work alongside our office staff and our project foreman to provide a harmonious work environment and to develop systems and procedures to create a more efficient workflow. 

An office administrator has the responsibility of ensuring that the administrative activities within an organization run efficiently, by providing structure to other employees throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will also have good knowledge of the construction industry while being able to work with little supervision. 

The goal is to contribute to a long-lasting working relationship while maintaining the quality and integrity of the project with developing a skill set allowing you to move up within our company.



Staff Management

  • Oversee recruitment and selection of new employees
  • Maintain employee personal records and files
  • Oversee the orientation of new staff members and assist with performance reviews
  • Delegate and coordinate office tasks
  • Maintain staff attendance reports and time off
  • Administering of benefits (PTO, health insurance and 401K)
  • Coordinate company events and meetings

General Office Management

  • Maintain and upkeep office equipment and furniture
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Research vendors for pricing and delivery options
  • Organize appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
  • Maintain calendars and schedules
  • Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Professionally answer, screen and direct incoming calls
  • Manage incoming project leads and assign accordingly
  • Maintain and manage tenant leases and subcontractor’s COIs

Data Management/IT

  • Troubleshoot computer system and work with IT specialists 
  • Set up and maintain work stations                

Policies and Procedures

  • Evaluate existing procedures and procedure manuals
  • Design and implement procedural improvements
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures by staff members
  • Update and maintain handbook

Customer Service/Sales

  • Process customer requests
  • Expedite orders and deliveries


  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED prefer some college education
  • Must have office administration or management experience 
  • Human resources and confidential workplace experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficient with Google Suite 
  • Experience with Paylocity a plus
  • Self-starter and forward thinker
  • Strong attention to detail, organized and professional
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills
