HR Business Partner (Industrial - Misc.), Greater Fayetteville, NC area. Relocation assistance available. Salary: $90K to $110K. Will participate with management committee and collaborate with the HR centers of expertise and shared services to maximize operational efficiency, assist managers coaching and support in managing employees and achieving business objectives, plan workforce requirements, including succession, in line with the investment and operating budgets, establish the necessary training plan for employee development, other related duties. Requires BS Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration, 5 years in Human Resources Management with 10 years of experience in manufacturing industry, PHR or SPHR Certification, extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits management, health management, talent management, etc, proven success in change management and knowledgeable of continuous improvement concepts to integrate in management, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) with the ability to develop and understand reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:
