What we look for:

• Have 2-5 years’ experience in a customer support, training, or similar role that involves software or technology. Market research experience is useful, but not required
• Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Be a structured thinker, who solves problems through logic, resourcefulness and determination
• Be a highly disciplined, self-motivated person
• Be dedicated to helping clients
• Have both the desire and the maturity for an extraordinary experience
• Contribute to a culture of openness and respect
• Be fluent in office software
