The Role

AXS is seeking an awesome Fulfillment Specialist to join our onsite team in Tempe, AZ. The Fulfillment coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of goods between a company and its customers. They ensure that orders are processed quickly and efficiently, while also making sure that all customer requests are handled properly.

The Fulfillment Specialist may work directly with vendors to purchase supplies or raw materials as requested by the fulfillment manager. They may also coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure they have everything they need to fulfill customer orders in a timely fashion.

What You’ll Do

• Provide feedback and periodic reports to management as well as manage and update communications between Account Management and contact center via the internal learning management system (Wiki)
• Propose ideas to improve provided services and conduct pre-and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes.
• Support operational relationships (account servicing) with client reps, vendors, and carriers. The first point of contact for internal/external fulfillment clients and teams but will escalate issues, as needed, to the Manager.
• Complete all fulfillment and order management tasks as assigned by the Fulfillment Manager to ensure processes are maintained to monitor, manage, test, and track fulfillment inventory.
• Support the Fulfillment and Procurement team by submitting support requests to engineering teams, analyzing reports to ensure accurate invoicing, communicating timelines through calendars and project management resources, and other duties as assigned.
• Create and maintain detailed department-specific Protocols for fulfillment-related tasks (i.e. RFID Software Training manual, Vendor specification communication guidelines, etc.), which provide step-by-step instructions on internal processes, for documentation and training purposes.
• Conduct training for third-party in-house fulfillment staff on setting up stations, processing orders, provides troubleshooting support during the fulfillment period as needed to avoid any order fulfillment delays.
• Maintain condition of Fulfillment work area (i.e. free of trash, product in the correct location, etc.)

What to Bring

• Proven experience in a fast-paced fulfillment role
• Customer Service skills and the ability to build productive business relationships
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant environment or industry.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to work with the different departments effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and focused individual, who strives for continuous improvement across existing and new processes/concepts.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Must have basic computer skills including MS Office Suite and experience with some type of inventory management or procurement software
