AXPM Dental Management LLC is Hiring a Vice President of Human Resources Near Little Rock, AR

Description

At the Rock Dental Brands Support Center assisting the practices is the foundation of Rock Dental Brands. Without the diligent support from our dedicated home office staff, our practices could not operate as efficiently and effectively as they do. Collaborating as a team, supporting our practices, and celebrating at potlucks are all par for the course in a typical day at the Rock Dental Brands Support Center.

The Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for developing and executing human capital strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. The VP will provide strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team and the board of directors. As part of this role, the successful candidate provides creative and insightful solutions to critical HR issues and advise other members of the executive team accordingly. This role is the highest possible HR / People position and will require years of skill, experience, and knowledge.

  • Develop HR plans and strategies to achieve the overall business operations objectives and support Rock Dental Brand’s mission and strategic vision.
  • Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management regarding key organizational and management issues. 
  • Work with the executive leadership team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company. 
  • Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of the business which includes the development and implementation of comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective. 
  • Provides overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits. 
  • Acts as an employee champion and change agent by anticipating HR-related needs and delivering value-added services for the benefit of the employees. 
  • Partner with management to address day-to-day HR operational issues such as employee relations, compensation reviews, escalated benefits issues, performance management and training. 
  • Serves a role in the strategic deliberations of the executive team. 
  • Supervises and leads the HR team in creating an inviting and cohesive employee experience. 
  • Implements and manages compliance efforts with all the employment laws and regulations that govern the private companies relating to all aspects of the employee life cycle. 
  • Provides insightful crisis management advice as required. 
  • Maintains an effective level of business literacy including company goals, mission, financial position, strategy, competition, technology, and culture. 
  • Maintains current knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation to ensure regulatory compliance. 
  • Ensures Rock Dental Brand’s values are reflected in people-oriented decisions. 
  • Drives the change management of the organization. 
  • Develops and manages annual budgets for the department.
