Job Summary and Opportunity

Axos Bank is looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to plan, coordinate, and report on a variety of marketing campaigns in support of our high-performing Consumer Lending group. This is a highly visible, impactful role that is positioned for growth within the rapidly expanding Consumer Marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop business cases, budgets, and action plans to support strategic goals and initiatives that generate new clients, customers, and loans
• Leverage audience segmentation strategies to refine targeting and messaging
• With internal partners and external vendors, coordinate the content, messaging, design, and tracking of marketing efforts in: paid media, email, print, direct mail, broadcast, website, social, SEO, and other key channels
• Use marketing technology to automate and optimize marketing efforts
• Assist in web and SEO strategies to maximize organic traffic on web properties
• Manage and track campaign deadlines, campaign performance, budget, and ROI
• Ensure brand, messaging, and audience accuracy, consistency, and compliance
• Work with business units and other partners to establish KPIs and report on actual versus goal
• Collaborate with marketing analysts to develop and refine KPI reporting
• Prepare presentations and dashboards for management that highlight campaign, channel, and business unit successes and challenges
• Oversee marketing and merchandising for mortgage industry events
• Special projects and other other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1 year's in a client-side or agency marketing role, or related experience
• Proven track record of developing, running, and tracking/reporting on successful acquisition and cross-sell marketing campaigns
• Demonstrated self-starter with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and multiple marketing projects through to completion
• Online and offline marketing channels: paid media, web, email, print, direct mail, broadcast, social, and SEO
• Exceptional written and oral communications abilities, including comfort in presenting to executive audiences
• Performed analysis (A/B testing) and utilizing data analytics to drive strategies
• Knowledge of digital tools (Google Analytics, UTM tracking, Tableau/dashboards)
• Efficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)

Preferred: 

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Business or related area, or equivalent business experience
• Mortgage/lending industry 
• CRM and Marketing Automation tools (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Interaction Studio)
