  • Learn from existing team members on a "hands on" role where operation of De-Escalation Devices will be required, so this position will involve operation of firearms and Conductive Energy Weapons (CEWs) on site at HQ within designated spaces.
  • Work closely with Hardware, Electrical, Quality, Validation, and Manufacturing groups within Black Box, and product assembly locations.
  • Write test coverage against shared libraries of modular code, implementation of features, or small task/bug work outstanding on the team board, gradually taking small ownership of small projects under consideration in the R&D phase of prototype development.
  • Use of Git for version control under a Branching workflow, maintain libraries consumed by multiple products.
  • Implement code which aligns with the team standards, and meets industry standards towards SOLID design.
  • Contribute to multiple products from early R&D to released products while supporting Senior members, aiding in development designs and assist in architectural discussions.
  • Performing execution of a set of known test, sequences, and configuration of operations to confirm consistent, and expected operations as perceived by the customer while performing 'Test Scenarios' for data capture, review, and characterization.
  • Operation of measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes in capturing and compare waveform signals, and Logic Analyzer tools in capture of system operations.
  • Use and improve internally created software tools to assist in the development and support of CEW products by Cross-Functional teams
  • Gather experience in the full product system workflow from updates, operation, data capture, upload, and the presentation within the evidence.com ecosystem.
  • Aid in the improvement of processes, legacy documentation, and meet conformity to existing/new release methods.
What You Bring
