Your Impact
As a Billing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to provide direct support to the Billing Supervisor, Billing Team and Account Receivable Team. You will collaborate with team members in other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing and provide support in the Case Management System.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with the invoicing process to include reviewing invoice batches prior to posting and disbursement
• Review contract billing events for proper entry in SFDC against invoice billing batches in external ERP system
• Track any pending contractual issues, billing issues, or pending invoices and work with other departments to make the necessary corrections.
• Manage and action daily review of the SFDC Case Management System
• Assist with manually correcting invoices and credits as needed

What You Bring

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years relevant professional level work experience
• Experience reviewing contract terms and customer quotes preferred but not required
• 5 years of experience in a high volume, high intensity environment preferred
• Advanced MS Office skills required (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Ability to work in multiple accounting software systems
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and recommendations
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, D365 and Salesforce Billing

The Pay: Axon’s hourly pay philosophy is made up of base pay and bonus. The starting hourly pay for this role is USD 24.00 in the lowest geographic market and USD 38.50 in the highest geographic market. The actual hourly pay is dependent upon many factors such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
