Based in Northern, VA, Axiologic Solutions LLC has opportunities for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key federal clients. We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to support our growing team.

Responsibilities:

· The contractor will have a working knowledge of cybersecurity reciprocity which is defined as ensuring proper protection of IC information within DoD, reciprocity of IS (information system) authorization and cybersecurity risk management processes, and alignment of cybersecurity.

· The contractor will be able to recommend cybersecurity policies to assist cybersecurity and information assurance legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements; to include policy regarding security reciprocity including security technology and operations that trace back to a written policy.

· The contractor will be required to assist the government in support of establishing security reciprocity processes and metrics for the DIA enterprise.

· This will also include teaming with Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Intelligence and Security) (OUSD(I&S)) / ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) Enterprise Capabilities (ISREC) to establish these processes for use across the larger DIMA (Defense Intelligence Mission Area), in support of the DIMA Principle Authorizing Official (PAO).

· The contractor will also support:

o Provide an assessment of current reciprocity guidance and activities.

o Inform leadership on the applicability of those processes to modern IT and secure development environments.

o Make recommendations for modifications/improvements to the policies put out by USD(I) and Defense Intelligence Information Enterprise (DI2E).

o Provide a recommended implementation plan for plans and projects from USD(I) and DI2E.

o Provide assistance in building the strategic communications plans and executing community support for DIMA reciprocity.

Required Qualifications:

· Must have an active/current TS/SCI and ability to pass CI Poly.

· Bachelor's degree required.Master's degree or advanced training in management consulting is preferred.

· Minimum of 6 years of project management for DoD and/or the IC including experience providing management and technical direction to project personnel.

· Working knowledge of MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Project (including EPM (Enterprise Performance Management)), SharePoint.

· The candidate must have strong budget analysis capabilities with excellent written and oral communications.

· The candidate must be able to think critically, creatively, and strategically, have excellent judgment, and be able to work in a dynamic environment.

· Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent certification is desired.

Travel Requirements:

· Travel may be required within Washington National Capital Region (NCR) on an as-needed basis for customer or corporate requirements.
