Axient/SEG's NAVY business sector is growing! We are currently looking for an experienced Program Manager interested in joining our team upon contract award.
As part of a winning team you will support the PEO IWS 1TE technical and programmatic effort for test and evaluation of surface combatant and carrier large deck combat systems programs at the Naval Surface Warfare Center/Washington Navy Yard in Washington, D.C. and other NAVSEA field sites.
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of: Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA III in Program Management. Certified SCRUM Master or Project Management Institute (PMI) Agile Certified Practitioner Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Familiarity Communication and Briefing Skills Program Management experience running a large support services contract with subcontractors Experience with cost, schedule and performance management as it relates to program execution. Program and Personnel Management Financial Management Risk Management Policies and Assessment
Must have a BS degree in technical or managerial discipline and 10 years professional experience in program/project management along with demonstrated knowledge and experience as listed above. Must have current certification as PMP or DAWIA III. Certified Scrum Master or PMI Agile Certified is desired. Must have an active and transferable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level. Must be able to maintain the required clearance. Must be a US citizen to meet clearance eligibility requirements.
COVID requirements and protocols as determined for government contractors are applicable.
