Axient is Hiring a Management Analyst (Operations) Near Huntsville, AL
Overview
Axient is seeking a Management Analyst (Operations) to support our customer in Huntsville, AL.
Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide program support including planning, integrating, and coordinating with various stakeholders within an Army ACAT 1 Product Office: Technical, Production, Logistics and Business, as well as with other internal and external agencies
- Synchronize and coordinate all actions within the Product Office including program planning, scheduling, technical analysis/evaluations, reports, preparation, briefings, SOW preparation and implementation plans.
- Interface on a daily basis with military and civilian personnel and other contractor personnel in a team environment
- Track all internal and external taskings and suspense’s, updating daily status through collaborative systems including TEAMS and SharePoint
- Coordinate and participate in IPT and Product Manager Level meetings
- Review and prepare daily and weekly reports to high headquarters as required
- Manage office battle rhythm (meetings, agendas, tasking requirements, product development, and administrative documents)
Qualifications
- Must currently possess and maintain an active and transferrable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the Secret level.
- Bachelor’s (BS) degree in related discipline with 3 or more years direct experience.
- Experience supporting Aircraft Survivability Equipment PMO strongly preferred.
May require the ability and willingness to travel up to 10%.
Must meet applicable COVID safety requirements and protocols
