Summary

The Partner Success Team builds meaningful relationships with existing partners to ensure growing and profitable relationships.

 

The Partner Success Manager is responsible for performing partner management duties that enable partners to recognize the value of Axcient’s solutions and programs that result in mutually rewarding outcomes. Internally, the Partner Success Manger will be the voice of our partners by providing regular feedback to various teams within the Axcient organization. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: retention, renewals, adoption, expansion, and advocacy.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Retention: Prevent partner churn through proactive and regular partner engagement and escalation management.
  • Renewals: Ensure partner contracts are secured for renewal.
  • Adoption: Engage partners in Product and Sales and Marketing training/programs while leveraging internal resources that includes Education and Training, Partner Enablement, and Marketing.
  • Advocacy: Collaborate with internal teams that include, Marketing, Support and Product, in addressing partner obstacles that impact the partner experience. Conversely, share with internal teams on what our most successful partners appreciate and value in the partnership.
  • Expansion: Identify expanded revenue opportunity within our partner base by intimately knowing our partners and their business through proactive engagement which includes Territory Planning, Strategic Business Reviews, check-in calls, Sales Enablement Programs, and monitoring partner activity)

 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 years of previous experience in Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or similar role in a software and/or hardware vendor and/or a distributor
  • Experience in the IT Channel a plus
  • Having worked for a SaaS company a plus
  • Experience in building and growing relationships to drive partner satisfaction and growth
  • Exceptional communication skills, detailed oriented, and well organized
  • Ability to cultivate internal relationships and intuitively navigate internal resources to drive partner resolution
  • Must be flexible and adaptable, and thrives in a continuously changing environment
  • Up to 30% travel, once deemed safe by COVID-19 guidelines

 

The estimated salary range for this position is from $70,000 to $90,000 annually. Actual compensation my vary and will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
