Summary Provide factory and field-based sales support within Axcelis Global Customer Operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Support individuals or teams in all functions selling Axcelis products (tools, services, upgrades, parts, used tools, etc.) in the execution of their sales strategies and tactics to achieve long-term customer and company objectives. Responsible to assist with the maintenance and review of eQuote offerings; addressing Engineering Change orders as they affect eQuote Products and Options; Glovia Sales Order entry for tools, Pre-shipments, and backorders. Backorder Tracking and Reporting. Knowledge and upkeep of SET ISO Procedures; assisting SET Team with eQuote Specials, Bills of Material Inquiries, and other requested assignments to facilitate Specification responses, deal approvals, Customer information inquiries used to support the sales process. Review and publish the System Backorder report, maintain necessary documentation and ensure formal record keeping. Act as liaison to the respective sales incumbent or team to other departments and/or functions within the company. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide factory based sales support to maximize Axcelis’ market share and profitability. Support the Sales Excellence Team and Field Sales organization in the execution of their sales strategies and tactics to achieve the long term objectives of the customer and Axcelis. Support the Sales Excellence Community with an understanding and use of SET Sales Tools as well as assisting with keeping Sales Training Materials up to date. This includes: the Sales SharePoint Site, eQuote, Sales Requirement Plan (SRP) and our GLOVIA Business Control System. Support all team members selling Axcelis products with follow up on assigned requests dealing with eQuote, Sales SharePoint Site, assisting with Call Plans, Closing Plans, SRP, or Deal Reviews. Assist Finance and/or Auditors with questions regarding tool sales, and Tool Shortage back up. Assist with maintain eQuote with valid Non-Material Costs (Integration, Install, Warranty, Training, and Packaging). Assist with input and maintain material items within the quoting systems, insuring descriptions and pricing aligns to Product Marketing objective, is consistent to GSS, and has commonality across the Product platforms. Compile ISO specified documentation folders for the fulfillment of our Axcelis Revenue Recognition Policy for all tool sales, and compliance with ISO business standards. Insure all documents are contained in the Shared Quote File for each customer deal. Enter System orders (pre-shipments, shipments, backorders) into the Axcelis Glovia System to generate inventory requirements, create paperwork to ship, and invoice material, including all system shipments. Make sure Customer P.O. is distributed to impact groups for review. Test updates/ECO revisions to any application, database or system used to make sure processes are working, and all reports (Customer Quote, Budgetary Quote, Machine Configuration Report, Specials Report, and Margin Report) are accurate. Note any problems or errors in logic, function, or calculations within any of the system or reports to initiate immediate corrective action. Work with various teams to roll successful tests into Production. Provide quality interface and expertise between Field Sales and Sales Excellence and its internal and external customers. Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored and exported. Anticipate customer reaction and behavior and work closely with support Sales Teams to develop proper customer communication strategy for new, changed or discontinued Axcelis products (tools, parts, services, etc.) Provide quality interface and expertise between Sales team supported and its internal and external customers. Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored and reported. Ensure appropriate sales teams are equipped to win against the competition including designing and delivering training programs and selling tools. Develop, grow and maintain relationships with dedicated account(s) on all levels. Education and/or Experience: 4-6 years semiconductor equipment experience and general business knowledge; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional Responsibilities: Assist personnel of other departments as a resource.
