Axa Professionals is Hiring a Desktop Support Near Leawood, KS
Job Details:
· Provide PC imaging support for a large PC refresh project
· Follow detailed instructions in order to image new machines, install additional software and prepare for shipment.
Experience working with Microsoft's SCCM imaging tool.
Basic knowledge of the Windows 10 operating system.
Experience working with Dell laptop hardware preferred but not required.
Job Requirements:
- 1 years corporate desk side support experience with strong emphasis supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10
- Experience troubleshooting and replacing hardware on Dell PCs
- Experience using SCCM
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office 2007, Microsoft Office 2016 including MS Lync, Microsoft Outlook Web Application (OWA) and the Outlook 2016 client
- Experience troubleshooting wireless connectivity issues
- Quality Customer Service skills
- VPN experience.
- Experience with basic hardware printer support
- Experience with Symantec productions including Endpoint Protection, Bitlocker, SCCM, and RDP
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
