We are URGENTLY looking for LPN's in the Phoenix!!

Hiring now for skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join an amazing team of healthcare professionals at our Phoenix Location. We are looking for a compassionate LPN with an ability to remain calm under pressure. This position will be ideal for a highly motivated and compassionate individual who can provide specialized nursing care for individuals with developmental disabilities. This position also provides specialized medical support to staff and completes required charting, reporting, and recommending health care plans.

LPN Responsibilities:

• Performs medical testing. Performs nursing assessments in conjunction with the RN in emergency care.
• Performs routine nursing care, vital signs. Obtains and processes lab specimens. Maintains on ground communication to coordinate healthcare with RN.
• Assist with physician clinic. Receives and reconciles medication deliveries ensuring order accuracy. Delivers and accounts for medications delivered to the homes. Completes orders for supplies reorders.
• Completes documentation in client's files and health records/forms in compliance with Health Services directives.
• Trains staff on health status of individuals, medical testing, discharge expectations, etc.
• Other duties as assigned, as related to the position

LPN Requirements:

• Clear AZ state license.
• CPR Card
• TB Skin Test
• Fingerprints Clearence Card
• Empathy for patients.
• Ability to take instructions from doctors and nurses.
