Job Description

AtWork Personnel is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join the internal team in Tyler, TX.

Our Front Office Coordinator will be a vital part of our AtWork team to help office operations and build candidate relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Strong office operations experience.
  • Ensure that candidate on-boarding is executed proficiently, accurately and in a timely manner. Ensures I-9/E-Verify and background check compliance
  • Coordinate agency candidates with the hiring managers
  • Screen candidates, send introductory emails
  • Make files and organize employee files
  • Conduct reference checks, administer assessments, and background checks as required to ensure and uphold quality candidate screening requirements.
  • Work in tandem with other recruiters as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Innovative, growth mindset with a "get it done" work ethic.
  • Ability to work extended hours as needed.
