Accounting SpecialistSalary: Starting at $17
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- Enter invoices into multiple online processing systems for all locations
- Match invoices
- Pay or request payment for invoices
- Organize and file invoices
- Process checks
- Reconcile statements
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 years Accounting experience
- Prefer an Associate’s degree in related field
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented and customer focused
